WHAT PLATFORMS IS PUZZLE QUEST 3 AVAILABLE ON?

HOW DO I CLAIM THE PRE-REGISTRATION REWARDS AT LAUNCH?
Rewards will be distributed on all platforms after the worldwide release of Puzzle Quest 3 on March 1st, 2022.
To claim your rewards, log in to Puzzle Quest 3 and reach level 5 in-game before March 28th on the device of your choice to redeem gifts via your in-game mailbox. Upon installing the game, players will have 28 days to redeem the rewards. Rewards may only be redeemed once per account.
CAN I CARRY MY PROGRESSION ACROSS DEVICES?
You can carry your progression across mobile and PC devices by registering your account within the settings menu.
To login to a new device, go to the settings menu and click ‘Restore” to log into your main account and continue your adventure.
WHAT LANGUAGES DOES PUZZLE QUEST 3 SUPPORT?
Puzzle Quest 3 supports the following languages at launch: English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and Japanese.
Puzzle Quest 3 will also support the following languages on PC at launch: Russian, Korean, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese.
We will continue to add more languages in the future across all platforms. Please be sure to follow our social channels for more updates.
WHERE IS PUZZLE QUEST 3 AVAILABLE TO PLAY?
You can play Puzzle Quest 3 on both iOS and Google Play devices worldwide, except in select regions. These include:
● Commonwealth of Independent States
● Russia
● Ukraine
● Turkey
● Mainland China
● Vietnam
However, players in these regions can play via Steam Early Access if available in their area.

WHAT IS PUZZLE QUEST?
Puzzle Quest is a globally renowned franchise that invented the Puzzle-RPG genre by combining a hybrid of match-3 with deep RPG gameplay. With multiple sequels and spin-offs released over the past decade, Puzzle Quest has been played by millions of fans around the world. The original development team, Infinity Plus 2, and 505 Games are excited to finally introduce a newly reinvigorated installment to the mainline series!
HOW IS PUZZLE QUEST 3 DIFFERENT FROM ITS PREDECESSORS?
It’s been just over a decade since the release of Puzzle Quest 2, and the gaming landscape has changed significantly during this time. As such, we are creating a new Puzzle Quest game that can be enjoyed by new audiences and old fans alike. Puzzle Quest 3 will see players embark on a new journey that never ends as we provide a live service game with an evolving story and new exciting features.
WHY THE SWITCH TO LIVE SERVICE FREE-TO-PLAY GAME?
The live service model will allow Puzzle Quest 3 to continually be updated with new features, game modes, and content.
STEAM EARLY ACCESS FAQ
WHY IS PUZZLE QUEST 3 LAUNCHING ON STEAM EARLY ACCESS?
Early Access allows us to continue to develop the game with the support and help of our amazing community. While the game is already rich in content and features, we believe that the opportunity to work directly with players and collect feedback is an essential next step before official release. We’re looking forward to working with the PC Steam community to achieve that final step and bring new changes to the game over time that will help optimize the experience on the platform.
HOW DO I PRE-REGISTER FOR PUZZLE QUEST 3?
We intend to give the game the time it needs on PC Early Access to optimize the experience on PC, which we estimate could be released within a year depending on feedback. Updates on the game’s progress will be shared via our community channels as Early Access progresses.
HOW IS THE FULL VERSION PLANNED TO DIFFER FROM THE EARLY ACCESS VERSION?
Throughout Early Access, we’ll introduce free updates with new features, new heroes, and more modes optimized for the PC experience. We’ll also be tuning the experience based on player feedback, especially in areas like puzzle combat, controller support, and more.
With the community’s help, the official release will be the fully realized Puzzle Quest 3 experience on PC.
WHAT IS THE CURRENT STATE OF THE EARLY ACCESS VERSION?
Puzzle Quest 3 is launching on Early Access as a free-to-play title with the story fully playable from start to finish across five different classes. The game is rich with various features ready to be played – including PVP, real-time coop, and upcoming live events.
We’re launching a fully playable Puzzle Quest experience; however, we want to take the time to flesh out the gameplay and features on PC before heading into our official release. We’re looking for ample players to take on as many battles and quests as possible to help us achieve this.
WILL THE GAME BE PRICED DIFFERENTLY DURING AND AFTER EARLY ACCESS?
Puzzle Quest 3 will remain a free-to-play experience throughout Early Access and the official release.
HOW ARE YOU PLANNING ON INVOLVING THE COMMUNITY IN YOUR DEVELOPMENT PROCESS?
The Puzzle Quest 3 team utilize a variety of spaces to receive feedback from our community. Both the development and community team frequent our official forums. We use this feedback internally to change, balance, provide quality of life updates, and shape the game into something that works for ourselves and our community.
Additionally, we have monthly developer streams where we will preview updates or changes, plus answer questions from the community.
